Can window 11 mobile devices run Belzebub/tschernobog?

Has anyone tried this or does anyone know if there would be a way to play these on any of the windows based emulator devices out there?

I don't have a windows based mobile device or I'd try it myself but I'm willing to buy one just to have this mod on the go.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Wait... you want to play this... on a mobile running Windows? Like, in a phone? With Windows? But you don't even own one to begin with?
I don't think I understand your post. But I hope you don't have interested in mobiles that run Windows. And, specially, I hope you don't have interested in running this game on a mobile of any sort.

Yeah uh, like the post says - I do not have a windows based emulator device. But if this mod would work on one I would be happy to buy one to be able to play this on the go.

But have no need to buy one if it wouldn't work.
