Thanks, I'm getting more and more gear with all attributes BTW, so I keep going full Magic.

A sorcerer has a difficult challenge defeating Diablo in Torment, but it is possible. Character level will probably be between level 50-55.

If end game is leveling up to 60, then a bug in Belzebub lets you redistribute all skill points when reaching level 60. So a level 60 char could redistro everything into MAG and max out all spells.

End game sorc problem is that most enemies have elemental immunities that reduce damage a spell caster can deal out.
why would you call an obvious feature a bug? :O

What is the optimal level to farm the chests in torment?
LV 48 currently, but the level of the drops didn't really increase compared to hell, except for set items, which are more likely to be lv 20-40, but still getting some weird stuff inferior to lv 10.
Even at lv 45-47, I was dropping level 50 recipes and magic stuff in caves on mobs, or time to time from vendors.

I dont really get what are the rules for drops level when you are looking for some specific item (for example: got tancred pieces in normal with 0% MF when I was lv 20, and got the final pieces in torment LT chests, which is blowing my mind in term of analyzing what you can get from each difficulty level ).

To gift it to a Rogue in the Order of the Sightless Eye.
Still I don't understand, pls elaborate.
HeartSeeker is the final bow for Rogue. Using a Sorc to find it is just an easy way to build up a end-game Rogue. That's it.
A most generic comment over this whole topic is: a good overall strategy for this Mod is having a Sorc as first char (because he is OP until the very late game, when he becomes VERY weak), and then using it to farm good gear for other chars. SPECIALLY for Rogue, 'cause she is the strongest char in the mod (in the late game), so you can use her to find the best gear by farming the last level of the game.
Rly? Tell that to my -30% cold res staff and Blizz. Nothing kills elites and bosses faster than Sorc. Im soon to find a fire one and then its game over. And btw im farming lvl 14-16 Torment with only -18/-17/-18 fire/lightning/magic staff. Sorc is the best killer in the game, it just requires TONS of gear. -60 res with slow time and it melts in half a second. Rogue requires much less gear though thats true.

I just started playing this again recently from scratch, and I just got my ass handed to me by Hell Diablo on the sorc. I don't remember him being this hard lol. he's hitting me like 2-3 times a second. i mean sometimes I get hit by his apocalypse 3+ times in a row within a second. I get owned just for being on the same screen as him. Has he always came with Haste and Behemoth?
Does he enrage? and if so, what is the timer? and does it start when he spawns or when you enter the floor?

I ended up giving up on him, because I thought maybe the enrage timer starts when you enter the floor. It was taking me awhile to clear because the teleporting mobs were immune to literally everything, so I was forced to use meteor cluster, which I don't like using...especially just for its physical dps.

I'm guessing he was always this hard, and there is no enrage timer, or if there is, it starts after he spawns. I'm just doing something wrong...idk. maybe I need more mana? I have a little over 800. I don't have the best gear, but I do have that axe.. still kicked my ass though. I was convinced he was enraged
