Did anyone confirm the gambling odds for normal?

Hello. I was really curious about Gheed's item tables on normal difficulty. I have been playing this mod for a while, remember playing on barbarian up to torment and giving up due to the difficulty. I started fresh recently on a rogue, and focused on item sets more. Got the whole berserker set with some spare belts, but actually used the arctic set for the whole game. Now I'm stuck at 3/4 parts, missing the helmet. Is it possible to get it from Gheed on normal? I cycled through a lot of gold, and seems like he only has blue and yellow items. Not sure if it's because I focused mostly on buying hats, or maybe he starts selling uniques and set pieces on harder difficulties.

Can anyone confirm if they got a set/unique on normal from gambling? I already spent a long time on gambling and I want to see if it's worth it to keep going
