Do you have a backup savefile program or batfile?

Today I Killed hell diablo
I entered torment church,got bluescreen
When I turned on the computer, the save file disappeared
I'll try new character but need backup...
Help me

I'm sorry about your character(s). That's always heartbreaking. Also welcome to the forums!

To back up your character file, go to the Data folder inside the Belzebub folder, right-click the player_save folder, make a copy, and put that copy anywhere except in the Belzebub folder. Then if your main file gets corrupted overwrite it with the backup you made. Do this as often as you feel is necessary. I try to do it about once a week, which is probably too often.

I'd also suggest you do a reinstall of the whole game so hopefully that doesn't happen again when you get to the same point.
