Resurrect is available only in scrolls. Look http://diablo.phx.pl/awake/?en_spells,15

Oh, I get it now. I thought there was a Book of Resurrect because there was a missing spell in Spell Book Page 2. I guess it was for the Scroll of Resurrect. Thanks, I get it now.
