idk if I want to scroll through and read all 622 replies and I can't comment in the pinned thread so I had to make a new one.

It just happens randomly.. happened just now when I teleported wasn't even fighting a monster.

kind of troublesome that it can happen at any time.

I've had similar issues in the past, but i don't have a definitive solution. I just reinstall Diablo, download a fresh version of the mod, and carry on. Has worked for me. If the problem comes back... just do it over.
Also, try the multiple "Compatibility Mode" options.
