is it necessary to put any points into anything other than your primary??

On my rogue I'm lvl 43 atm and I haven't put a single point into anything other than dex so far..

Have I made a mistake or is this the way you're supposed to play?

My thinking is that the damage i get from dex is more worthwhile when I can get much more HP from gear than I could ever get putting points into vitality.

Are the points more meaningful at higher levels?? like..i'm not sure about the numbers exactly, but it's something like 2 hp per vit right?? it's like that no matter what level you are right? unlike D2, where you naturally gain HP per level, in diablo 1, you don't have HP growth per level/per vita stat point correct?

Just wanted to make sure. Every single point goes into dex as Rogue correct?
