Can anyone help me? I just started and somehow there no multiplayer or play on internet option.

You can't play on awake server using mod to Hellfire. This is pre-beta test version and multiplayer option not working, yet. You should use mod for Diablo 1.

one more thing why is there so many user online on diablo expansion and how they to that i only get to go online on awake server using normal diablo.

This is players from Diablo 2 LoD, not Hellfire.

i think i finally get it know i have patch median xl_1F9c final how to play on awake server

You must dowbload CMC Reg from http://diablo2.cybernet.swidnica.pl/?download,7 and patch 1.13c
Now, install Median XL, run Diablo 2 LoD, choose CMC Gateway.

I tested Hellfire on PvPGN and game crashed during entering the BN Channel. I will check it once again in future.
