Thanks, it works :) I will do some small tests using EZModMaker2K and the patch_rt file.

Hi Noktis, and thanks, I found many interesting topics on that forum you've shown me. But, maybe going a bit further, how can I set my mod.exe to check a custom MPQ or the DIABDAT.mpq i have in my Diablo directory? Is it too hard to do for a beginner? p.s. I think I'll use EZModMaker2K to start with...

They said there is a plan to implement translations after the multiplayer release, if I recall correctly. So just wait a little more. I do not know whether you could translate the game at the current state or not, but I'd tell you to wait.

About mercenaries : i'd have a crazy, insane, riskful idea : what about the possibility to give equipment to mercenaries [same as character, with rings, belts etc] but - and here comes the crazy part - you aren't able to resurrect them if they die? :P
