3. Only thing I know is that the higher the level difference are between characters (like 6+) then the lower the exp the lower character gets, when together with the other(s) on one screen (I can't really tell how far you have to be from the other to get no exp) in the dungeon.

Well, normally it should be like that. It may have been changed in the 0.1.1 version, before it really didn't disappear after hitting zero mana.

Hiho Anokic! Well, I found "Anokic" and "anokic1" so I checked them both XD. Sometimes I'm on Tunngle too, though today almost everyone was red x (Tunngle is having problem now).

By "- Players will now enter town with full health and mana " he meant that when you exit the game and re-enter another one, you will always have full health and mana.

In my opinion if implementing the quests (and other features) does not mess up the already done bugfixes then they can wait. If it generates new bugs (other than the fixed ones) then it does not matter when you implement them. Sorry I don't know, I am not a programmer, maybe what I wrote is a bullsh...
