BrightLord was right and Constance provided the right link. I installed the missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable and now Belzebub works!

I downloaded net.framework v3.5 from the Microsoft site, run the file (dotNetFx35setup.exe) and nothing happens. I've tried several times, it's like nothing. Could it be already installed mabye?

I googled the thing and downloaded it from here:

Then I copied oalinst.exe to my Diablo folder, run it and the problem is still the same as before...
