I found this belt in Cathedral NM or Terror Domain Normal, I dont have assurance (but I have sure I find this in my only char, a Necromancer, I am at dlvl 9 NM).

Ignore this post, I see a weapon with -1 spell and this make the spells lvl 1 dont show in the book lol
