Just use Telekinesis to get the Anvil of Fury and don't even fight the Smith if you don't want to.

You say you found 3 HS (HeartSeeker) in LT cave (Lost Treasure). But you also say that only items of lvl 43 or less drop there. HS is a lvl 50 item.
