New quests, new stuff, crafting, four level of dificulty, now i can except a better character who doesn't stuck in lvl 25

there is a patch to translate into French ? I've played it since 97/98 with a french book inclued with the game box, who give all translation about the NPC quotes, attribute, shrine ect...
