I died in Terror domain by the teleporting attack-guy and spammed resurrect and ended up ressurecting above the town (outside):

can't read book of blood in multiplayer... very cool boss tho! we love this game! keep up the great work!
also I am unsure what to do with the tavern sign in multiplayer... o_O
