Did the creators of MOD decide to make elixirs available for 10 minutes, for the game not to be too easy ? I mean in original diablo you could buy an elixir for 5.000 gold and have the pernament result.

Is it available from higher levels of difficulty?
I cant find it. Adria doesnt have it.
I have already played more than 40 hours.
