Now do the recipes drop in a multiplayer game while NOT playing with someone? Or does it mean that you must at least team up with someone else to make it even possible ...

Does the item level(not sure what it is officially called) depend on the character level?
For example, do Ward bows drop on a Lv38 character?
And if it does depend on character, anyone knows the optimal level to farm ward bows?

I've played belzebub for a while and decided try out tchernobog. But there's an issue when I try to create a new hero. After naming the character, instead of entering the game, the screen goes back to "new hero". Therefore, I can't even create a hero. I'm running the game on a Windows 10 6...

Solved. Tried again today after completing the Andariel quest (this should not be an issue) and the symbol dropped! Really don't know what happened. But anyway, thanks guys!

I was playing with my warrior on normal mode and proceeded to the lost treasure quest. I died in the second battle with all four mages(MP 10 btw).
