Since elixirs no longer grant permanent stats like in Diablo Vanilla, is there any way to get permanent stats in Tchernobog Alpha?

I ended up just opting to use Tunngle because it just seemed easier.

Tangent question though: Are there any ways to get permanent stats with this Tchernobog mod since elixirs are only temporary now?
