Do the lost treasure chests go off "equip lvl" or qlvl? I often read that torment drops up to lvl 43. Does that mean level req no matter what qlvl? And up to which level can you drop in hell LT ?

That's too bad. I'd play tchernobog but it's bugs and features from belzebub missing it's kinda turning me off for now. I guess I'll have to wait :p
