Huh, I sorted it. Under the compatibility tab of the .exe's properties, I checked the box to "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings", and then boom. Fixed. I am now enjoying one of my nostalgic favourites on a 42" screen in full HD.. Thankyou so much to the maker(s) of this mod...
