Hi there ^^
Even though this page tells about version 5.2, it seems (from the contents of the archive) that it actually is 5.1.

I have another archive which appears to actually contain version 5.2 on my website here : http://constancejill.free.fr/FreeTools/cv5.zip
Got that on my hard drives for so long (about 12 years according to file dates) that I can't even remember from where I actually downloaded it back then.
Also have CV 3.2 and 4.0 in case you want to play around with these.

Try WinMPQ then.
Be careful though : if I remember well, it modifies files "on the fly", you don't have to manually save before changes are actually committed.
