VIZ JAQ'TAAR set question

Afther complete VIZ JAQ'TAAR set,
physical resistance is limited at 40 (I tested by warrior)
I made armor class upto 900, but no change

Is this intended? or error?

Light armor have max 40 physical resistance and no matter the amount of total AC
I have belt and armor what other pat have complete set ?

This set is rather fit to barbarian (low physical resist, but have frenzy)
