find Heartseeker in Nightmare

Today I found Heartseeker in Nightmare, level 16. My sorcerer is at level 35, while I set difficulty to $player 6, and killed a mini-boss, it dropped Heartseeker.
I was surprised, original I plan to get it at Torment.
