Insanity bug? (Character stuck in place when the "Exhausted" debuff is applied)

Hi there! So, whenever my "Insanity" buff expires (and the "Exhausted" debuff kicks in), my character starts running in place, without the chance of moving, and it stays this way even after the debuff is over. Is there a fix for this?
