Monster levels and area levels

Hi

Is there a list where we can check the monster/area levels per difficulty ?

I'm trying to farm some specific gear for my sorcerer since I cannot kill Diablo in Hell. Something to lower his resistances would be great like Skull Collector.

I have no idea where to farm for specific qlvl items. LT in Hell didn't yield much. What's the maximum qlvl we can find in Hell ? Is it in the Terror Domain ?

Sorry for so many questions but I would really like beating Diablo

As far as I know there's no list or any documentation. U got to go by experience.
