I can defeat the first one. I stuck at the second. He suddenly shows up next to me and kills me. I have 110 Vitality.

You have to dance around him, preferably around an object (chest, floor spike, etc) if i remember correctly at 4 squares he teleports on you, not sooner so let him close but not too close. If he gets at melee range and i can't walk away or Teleport i use Warp since it's instant cast and i can escape to the stair and come back. Oh and keep him distracted with the Golem as soon as cast timer allows you. I use Bone Spirit to wither him down and then finish with Blizzards or Meteor Cluster or whatever.
