Help with translation

I've been looking into translation of Belzebub mod, but I'm a little stuck on technical level, and the information is scarce. I'm able to export text with Ladik's MPQ editor, but I have no idea how to put it back together. Can someone please sketch a short guide? Editing the .exe shouldn't be a big problem tho.

you can try to talk with noktis, the moderator. He is the one to talk about translations. He has a very easy way to do this. If everything is ok, he will send you the files to translate.
What language are you translating into?
