Fanatic recipe?

Why can't I find that recipe?
When i see some clip about cleat torment, i saw same items crafting with name " Fanatic " .But i find it a long time , i never see it?
Another person got this problem same me?

Well, recipes are pretty rare in the game, I found one or two of fanatic. But there are others I saw on videos that a haven't found yet.
I don't have anything to confirm this, but Cave levels on torment has better chance to find recipes on my experience. Although I've read here on the forum that cathedral leves have also a good chance. Try these places... who knows...

Most recipe 50 lvl i found on 1-4 dlvl on torment.

As of filling of theon post - propably all of recipes in the game are mostly found on dlvl 1-4 torment. But it's still random. So you can still find recipes for clvl19 and recipes for clvl50. But Cathedral have, i believe, best drop chances for craft scrolls.
