new quest at hell lvl14

is that the island of the sunless sea? i tried all combinations but nothing happens, or do i need to pull the lever with every conbination?

Island is on dlvl12 in a room with 4 stepstones. Room with 3 stepstones and lever in dlvl14 provides entrance to River of Flame with Hellforge.

Keep trying and you will get it. Step on a combo of 3 and throw the switch.

If anyone sees this i was wondering about the Izual quest. I have cleared levels 13-16 many times and can't seem to find him. An odd circles of barrels surrounded by candles always spawns on level 15 (and seems to be the place where he would be) but i can't find any buttons to press or ways to have him spawn.

you have to blow up the barrels and cast a tp on the place where the barrels stood.

There's 4 stone combination for Island on dlvl12. On dlvl14 you have 3 stones to Hellforge quest. Remember to move lever after each combination there.
