Can Vidala's set drop in LT normal been trying to farm for it off of the chests and wizards finding a lot of stuff just Vidala's isn't dropping? Or is there a better location to farm it?

According to my notes I found both the Vidala's amulet and the bow doing Lazarus runs in Normal with MF% 150. Seems you'll want to push a bit deeper.

Okay, thanks for the help. Don't have to waste anymore time farming LT for now at least
