How to deal with Immunities?

Insanity gives Faster Hit Recovery, Cast Speed ( Awesome for lightning skills ), movement speed and attack speed.

In the description of the Buff Icon it says: "Briefly increases Haste".

lol, the whole time i knew only about the attack speed increase, thus i never used it on sorcerer
